With the purchase of any of these spiders the buyer is responsible for knowing and complying with any local, state, and federal wildlife laws. ALL TARANTULAS ARE CAPABLE OF BITING AND ARE VENOMOUS, HANDLING IS NOT RECOMMENDED. The buyer agrees not to hold Scott’s Tarantulas responsible for any harm that results from the buyer’s purchase and keeping of tarantulas. Novice keepers should purchase and read the "Tarantula Keepers Guide" before purchasing and keeping a tarantula.
Sizes listed for sale are based on the diagonal distance from the tip of the front leg to the tip of the back leg on the opposite side and are approximate measurements only. Mass in grams (g) will be provided whenever possible for sexed specimens. Molt records are kept for all specimens and will be provided to buyers on request.

NO LIVE SHIPMENTS WILL BE CONDUCTED FROM DECEMBER 7 TO JANUARY 14 OR DURING EXTREME TEMPERATURES (BELOW 40F OR ABOVE 100F). Heat packs and insulated boxes are standard with cold weather shipping.
DOA’s
If a DOA (Dead On Arrival) occurs the animal(s) will be replaced if available, or you will receive credit towards your next order. Shipping charges to receiver are not covered. NO CASH REFUNDS. Receiver must notify Scott’s Tarantulas within 24hrs of receiving DOA’s; otherwise no refund will be given. All DOA’s must be packed up and sent back for proof of DOA. Return shipping costs to Scott’s Tarantulas will NOT be refunded.
"Freebie" spiderlings will not be replaced if they are DOA. No refund will be given for them due to that fact that it/they were supplied at no cost to the customer.
